The equipment consists of a belt conveyor, a jacking machine, and a drum line. The belt conveyor consists of six synchronous belts and synchronous wheels, each with a width of 12mm and an interval of 48mm. Each synchronous belt has an independent operating mechanism to ensure that the six belts operate at the same speed. If a single belt is jammed due to foreign objects, it will not affect the overall operation of the machine; There are guardrails designed on both sides of the synchronous belt, which can be used to place scattered pages of books and insert them into the belt line, causing book tearing.

The lifting machine is driven by an AC linear motor to operate the lifting platform, with a simple structure and strong reliability. The drum line is installed on the top platform of the lifting machine, using 7 synchronous drums and a circular belt cross mode transmission. The drum is wrapped with glue to prevent slipping and failure during book sorting and ejection.

Install infrared photoelectric sensors at the entrance and exit of the belt conveyor to capture real-time book operation signals and upload the status to the main control center for programming monitoring; The exit infrared photoelectric switch is the third sorting exit photoelectric switch.
